Where do the materials in your pieces come from?
The driftwood is personally collected from the Pacific Ocean in California and Oregon.  Sea shells are also personally collected on the Gulf Coast of Florida.  The sea glass is collected by a dear family member in Puerto Rico.  All designs are created with LOVE in Colorado by Lisa Jay.

Do you do custom work?
Yes, Lisa loves to work with customers directly and would be happy to work with you on a custom design. She'll even transform a special piece of driftwood, sea shell or sea glass you already own. Custom orders are subject to an additional charge. Please contact lisa@lisajayjewelry.com to discuss your custom jewelry ideas.

Do you make men's jewelry?

Yes, Lisa is always happy to take custom requests for unisex pieces.  

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, international orders are accepted. There will be additional shipping charges that vary based on your location.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund excluding shipping fees. Please return items in new condition  within 14 days of purchase. When shipping, return the item in a box or bubble wrap to protect the piece in the mail.  Please contact lisa@lisajayjewelry.com to discuss your return.

What is your repair policy?
There is a lifetime warranty on all jewelry!  If there is damage to a piece due to issues beyond what can be prevented through design, repairs or replacement costs will be determined on a case by case basis.  Please contact lisa@lisajayjewelry.com to discuss your repair.
